Progressive Life Center is reaching out to our community for HELP!
We are in need of good foster parents who are willing and able to
provide nurturing home environment for children that are separated
from their biological families.
Foster care homes are a critical element in restructuring the life
of a child that has been separated from his or her family as a
result of neglect, abandonment, and abuse. Foster families allow us
to provide the support and structure that a child needs at this time
in a more loving and nurturing environment than an institution. We
work closely with all our foster families to ensure that they are
prepared to address the resulting challenges that foster children
often present.
PLC does not ask foster parents to replace a child's family; rather
we expect our foster care families to provide a safe and loving
haven for our children while we implement a plan for reunification
with their parent or biological family or a permanent adoption
placement.
